Hello there, I am an instructional systems designer and an elearning developer. I work alongside subject matter experts to analyse knowledge, motivation and performance issues and then I design digital and non-digital learning experiences for the particular context and target audience.

I enjoy what I do because no two projects are the same and there is no limit to my creativity. I am known for combining my love of art, story-telling and music with brain-based design to create unique and memorable digital learning journeys.

I have always journeyed the path of a less-traditional, non-academic approach to instructional design by embracing new media, contemporary tools and agile methodologies. As a project management (PM4R) practitioner, I ensure a systematic, transparent approach to the delivery of robust products and services to my clients.
